Named Mary Ellen but called Mollie most of her life, she married a half-brother of her brother's father-in-law. This information taken from the 1900 Rusk County census. At the time I visited with her son George, he was living in the same house his mother had lived in since her marriage. It was located near a river way back in the woods. Rumor amongst the family is that they lived on oil royalties, and are still are receiving them. There are numerous relatives living around Mount Enterprize on both sides of this family.
