Notes for Simon Reno Palmquist
There is a listing for Sermon Palmquist in the Mission Cemetery in Frankford, Montgomery County, IA. It seems likely to me that this is the same person listed here as Simon. The birth year for Sermon R. Palmquist is 1891 and the death year is 1928.2015 In another WWW page with newspaper listings there is a cryptic listing for an S. L. Palmquist that I will quote exactly for later divination.2171

P452 Palmquist, S.L., d Stanton; i Beth. CH 24 Mar 19272171

From the key to abbreviations, d means died, i means interred, ch means child and Ch means chruch but CH means Clarinda Herald. Thus this should read

P452 Palmquist, S.L. died in Stanton and was interred in Beth. Reparted on March 24, 1927 in the Clarinda Herald.

All sources of data are documented on the “Person Sheet” for each individual. My early data often came from less-than-reliable sources (e.g., “Sarah’s genealogy pages”). If the only sources for a person is something like that or worse there is no listed source for data, please take the information as only a suggestion and not a fact.
