MERRY WEBB 1770 - 1842 buried at Grassy
Knob Cemetery at Poplar Springs in Edmonson
County Kentucky. His son, Merry, 1832-1918
buried at Roseburg Cemetery in Hart County
Kentucky.
In clarification of the identification she continued:
We believe this Merry to be a son of Martin Webb
1745-1816 who died in Warren County Ky on Aug 3
1816. Martin and Merry came to Kentucky in 1796
and settled in the Barren-Warren County area. I
have other members of the family with the names
(consistent) Merry, Martin, Henry, John and
Alexander.The name Millian used for women of the
family. Have not found close connection with any
of the Webbs of Eastern Ky. I have seen the
Winnysophia. Believe this to be close family.
