Note from Sue Bodishbaugh: Hal's line of Webbs came from the Blackwater region of Franklin Co, Va. Hal served in the Revolutionary War. My brother is trying to join the SAR and having difficulty linking Hal with his son Giles. The person helping him with his application tells him there were so many Giles Webbs in that part of Franklin Co, Va at that time, the info we have is not specific enough.
