A Henry DeWeese born December 11, 1876 died in August 1971 in Portland, Sumner County, TN (SSN 409-84-1094).8 This Henry is buried in Old Brush Cemetery in Sumner County with his wife Maude (1883 - 1960). There was a Henry DeWees born June 17, 1898 who died in November, 1984 in Portland, Sumner County, TN as well (SSN 049-07-9022).8 This would fit perfectly if Henry was his preferred name (Jasper appears to be the preferred name) and he returned to Tennessee. Clearly it is not Jasper but I leave it here in case the information becomes useful later.
