Notes for Walton Rufus “Walter” Lusk
Son “Walter Jr.” only appears on the 1910 census and son “Robert” only appears on the 1900 census. The 1910 census says that they only had one child at that point and it was still alive.
California Great Registers lists him as Walton Rufus Lusk 8 times and Walter Rufus Lusk 2 times. His mother’s maide name was Walton so presumably that was indeed his given name. However, it is also clear that he used the name Walter.
