Notes for Alvin John Hilbert
It seems likely that this is Alvin John Hilbert, born August 14, 1898 and died March 24, 1978. Born and lived entire life in El Dorado, Sacramento, and Amador Counties, CA it appears. In the 1930 census he had wife of 11 years, Laura age 29 and daughter Elva age 9. In the 1940 census he is living alone and listed as a widower. But I have not found proof that he was Ona’s second husband (yet).
