I believe I found Adolph in the 1880 US Census in Fremont, Page County, IA.
3588 However, there is no listing for Emma with him OR with her family in Lincoln, Lucas County, IA.

Rev. A. Noren, 82, who many years ago was pastor of the Swedish Mission church in Chariton, died Monday forenoon at his home in Red Oak, following injuries sustained about two weeks previous when he fell and broke his hip, after being partly overcome by the heat.
A brief funeral service was held at the Sellergren Funeral Home in Red Oak on Wednesday afternoon at 1:30 o’clock, and at 2:30 rites were held at teh Swedish Mission church in Stanton, and were conducted by Rev. Wm. Johnson, of Fremont, assisted by Rev. Strandburg, of Stanton, Rev. Hawkinson, of Red Oak, Rev. Hartman, of Essex, and Rev. Axelson, of near Red Oak. Burial was in the Stanton cemetery.
REv. Adolph Noren was a son of Adolph and Marie Noren, and was born in Sweden on April 14, 1852. He was eighty-two years old his last birthday and had been in fairly good health for a man of his age and activities. During his youth he became interested in the ministry and in Sweden he bacame a pastor. He continued this work when he came to America in 1879. Sixty of his 82 years were in the ministry. he held pastorates, first in Sweden, and in America at Chariton, Stanton and Fremont, Iowa, and in San Francisco and Fresno, Calif.
in January, 1881, Rev. Noren was married to Emma Charlotte Larson in San Francisco, Calif., who died about 1898. They were the parents of three sons and three daughters. Carl, Mrs. Ida Swenson, Oscar and Sarah, of Freson, Calif.; David, of Oberlin, Kansas; and Emma, of Red Oak. In October, 1900, Mr. Noren was married to Emma Erlandson, of Chariton, who survives him. They were the parents of three daughters and one son. Alveda and Margaret, of REd Oak, and Irene and Herbert, of Chicago.
G. N. Larson, Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Larson, David Erlandson, Mr. and Mrs. Chas. Johnson and Mrs. Frank Swanson attended the funeral services in Stanton yesterday.
