Notes for Frances Young
Frances died in 1810 at the age of 61. She was no doubt a relation of Capt. Henry Young who served with Lt. Col. John Webb in the 7th and 5th Virginia Regiments in the Revolutionary War. She was of the right age to be his sister. The Young family moved with the Webbs and the Smiths to Granville County (later divided into Orange, Bute and Vance Counties). Capt. Henry Young also served with Lt. James Smith, of the same Regiments.592

All sources of data are documented on the “Person Sheet” for each individual. My early data often came from less-than-reliable sources (e.g., “Sarah’s genealogy pages”). If the only sources for a person is something like that or worse there is no listed source for data, please take the information as only a suggestion and not a fact.
