State of Tennessee Sumner County January 6th 1856. I Geo. Zaricor of the State & County aforesaid do give to my daughter Phredonia H. Latimer one negro girl Mary Jane about ten years old to have and to hold in a during her natural life and at her death said negro girl Mary Jane and her increase to be equally divided between Phredonia H. Latimer's children and in case Phredonia has no children the said negro to belong to Daniel A. Latimer the husband of Phredonia H. Latimer. Given under my hand. Geo. Zaricor

Zaricor the bargainor with whom I am personally acquainted and who acknowledged that he made and executed the foregoing Bill of Sale for the purposes therein contained.
