Jack D. Hauck, 67, of Mahtowa, was reunited with his beloved wife Carol on Monday, Aug. 4, 2014.

Jack was born in Rice Lake, Wis., on Feb. 22, 1947 to Dewayne and Faye (Couillard) Hauck.

Jack is survived by sons, Dewayne (Jennifer) and Heath (Rita); daughter Julie (Joseph) Cuseo; seven grandchildren, Maddison, Macy, Parker, Kain, Zoey, Alec and Carlie; one great-grandchild Winry; his mother Faye; three sisters, Gayle (Tom) Raunio, Amy (Laddie) Litfin and Naomi Nissen; brother Robert (Sue) as well as many extended family and friends.

Jack loved and was loved.

GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: 12:30 p.m. until the 2 p.m. memorial service on Friday, Aug. 8, 2014 in the Mahtowa Covenant Church 2732 2nd St. Mahtowa, MN 55707. In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to the Minnesota Deer Hunters Association Fork Horn Camp.

Carol Evon Hauck, 62, of Mahtowa died Wednesday, March 25, 2009 at her home. She was born March 11, 1947 in Moose Lake to William and Helen (Ruotsalainen) Miller. Carol was united in marriage to Jack Hauck on February 25, 1966 in Mahtowa.

Carol is survived by her loving husband Jack; 2 sons, Dewayne (Jennifer) Hauck and Heath (Rita) Hauck; 1 daughter, Julie (Joseph) Cuseo; 7 grandchildren, Maddison, Macy, Parker, Kain, Zoey, Alec & Carlie; 4 sisters, Arlene Bergfalk, Margaret Rickerson, Rose Mary (Jon) Wekseth and Bette Jayne (David) Nelson; 3 brothers, Allen Miller, Lee Miller and Dale (Franna) Miller; her dog, Lydia; her cat, Kissa; many nieces, nephews and friends. Carol loved & was loved.

A gathering of family and friends was held on Monday, March 30, from 9 AM until the 11 AM Memorial Service in Mahtowa Covenant Church, Mahtowa with Pastor Cal Lindstrom officiating.
