I have been searching the Fitzgerald Family of Franklin Co., Va. for years. I went to Rocky Mt., Va, Franklin Co. and got most of my info. I have John Fitzgerald and Elizabeth Webb as the parents of Isham, Mary, Lucy, Theodrick, and Jacob William Fitzgerald. Theodrick Webb paid taxes for John Fitzgerald in the early 1770's in Buckingham Co. Lost track of John Fitzgerald after 1774, Buckingham Co. Elizabeth ended up marrying Theodrick Webb, her cousin, June 4, 1787 in Franklin Co. Theodrick died Oct. 10, 1793 and left all his land to 2 of the Fitzgerald's boys, Jacob William and Theodrick. After Theodrick Webb and Elizabeth married, these 2 boys took the Webb name, off and on.
