Billy Van Davis of Broken Arrow, OK died on November 16, 2010 in a Tulsa hospital after a brief illness. Bill was born on February 2, 1938 in Hillsboro, Texas to Loyal Everett and Sally Augusta (Wallace) Davis. He worked as a barber for a number of years which he enjoyed very much and then went on to own and operate his own business, J.C. Transmissions, in Texas. Bill was a very patriotic person.

His father preceded him in death.

He is survived by his mother, Sally Augusta Davis of the home in Broken Arrow; sister, Pat Ewing and her husband Doug; daughters, Robin Williams, Kim Walker and her husband Keith; grandson, Brad Williams; granddaughters, Miranda Blakeman, Maegan Beene, and Breeona Blakeman; great granddaughters, Kylie Davis and Katie Canady; nephews, Scott Ewing, Kevin Ewing and his wife, Vicki; great nieces, Zoe Ewing and Quinn Ewing; great nephew, Xander Ewing; aunt, Faye Moran.

The funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday, November 19, 2010 in the Chapel of Add’Vantage Funeral and Cremation Service, Tulsa, OK. Reverend Bill Lowder will officiate. Bill will be laid to rest on Monday, November 22, 2010 by his father in the Hickey Cemetery, Hillsboro, Texas.
