Funeral services were held this afternoon at 2:30 o’clock in the chapel of the R. S. Jay mortuary for David H. Larson, 30, of Gridley a former resident of Chowchilla. Larson died Monday morning at 10:30 o’clock near Thompson Flats, Butte county.

G. G. Brown of Chowchilla conducted the rites and Mrs. P. J. Wesseles and Miss Dorothy Taves sang, accompanied by Mrs. James Knox.

The pallbearers were: Geo. Pratt, Lester Lindbeck, Ted and Walter Hampton, Lester Milleson and Roy Zentner.

Interment was in the Arbor Vitae cemetery.
